The residential quarter

SCK•CEN offers several housing facilities: houses, villas, studios and dormitories. Furthermore, it disposes of garages and parking places. In order to obtain a residence or a garage, you need to register on a waiting list. (*) Once a year, all rents are indexed.

• Dormitories

A dormitory is a furnished single room with a shower and a washbasin.In the dormitory building, the residents dispose of the following common rooms:
- a kitchen (kitchenware to provide by yourself);
- a television room/a sitting room;
- Wifi internet access (monthly subscribtion);
- a room with washing machines and a dryer.

  • Rent (*): 198,75 EUR/month or 282,52 EUR/month,
    heating and electricity included
  • Minimum rent period = ½ month
  • Sheets: 6 EUR/month
  • Deposit: 150 EUR, payable in cash
  • WIFI: 15 EUR/month

  • Telephone and internet connection is available
  • Rent (*): from 315,56 EUR to 434,14 EUR/month, depending on the type of studio, heating and electricity included
  • Deposit:
    single studio: 370 EUR
    double studio: 450 EUR
  • Term of notice: 3 months
  • Parking place under the building, rent: 8,77 EUR/month

Terrace house

Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, garden.

  • Rent (*): from 491,16 EUR /month depending on the type, heating and electricity not included
  • Deposit: 2 months rent
  • Term of notice: 3 months

Villas

Detached house, living room, office, lumber room, garage, 3-5 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, attic, garden.

  • Rent (*): from 649,76 EUR to 767,07 EUR/month, depending on the type, heating and electricity not included
  • Deposit: 2 months rent
  • Term of notice: 3 months
Villas

The garages are centrally situated in the residential quarter.

  • Rent (*): 24,12 EUR/month

• Bike rental

The residential quarter has bikes that can be rent by the tenants.

  • Rent: 8 EUR/month
  • Minimum rent period = ½ month
  • Deposit: 100 EUR, payable in cash
